For those of you that have no water for drinking or cooking, you may bring containers to the water office and fill from the hydrant. Someone will be there between 4:00 - 6:00 today or during business hours tomorrow. We have been unable to locate the leak that is causisng Hickory Hills to have no water, and are continuin to search. Again we are sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work through this.

We now think the leak we are trying to find may be outside the Hickory Hills area, possibly in Town Limits, but could be anywhere in the system. If you suspect a leak, please let us know the location. Also if you notice low pressure, let us know as that may be helpful to pinpoint where it is. Thanks for your help and patience.

Due to the difficulties in getting our water bills delivered through the mail, we are going to offer bill delivery via text or email (We have already notified our customers for which we have a cell phone number on file).
If you have not yet received the message and would like to receive your bill via text or email, please call the RWD2 office @ 918-546-2611 to sign up and let us know if you how you wish to receive your bill. The text or email will be a picture of your current bill/bills. This would ensure delivery of your bill in time to make payment before incurring a late fee.
Payments can be made by mail, in the office, drop box and online at www.hughesrwd2.com.
